Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China or, in some cases, directly from the manufacturer. Estimated shipping times are shown on each product page and sometimes depend on the product options selected. Once you enter your zip code, the estimated delivery date for your order will be shown on the shopping cart page. We will do our best to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe. Free gifts may be shipped separately from the main items. If the items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, free gifts will be shipped via a standard shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view the tracking number on your account page by clicking “My Account”. Our general policies are outlined below. If you have special shipping needs or circumstances, please contact us and we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your purchase in a timely manner.
Europe Shipping

We ship to various countries in Europe. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination country. Below are the estimated shipping rates for different countries in Europe.

Additional Charges
- For unusually large or heavy products, overweight charges may apply. In these cases, the product description will clearly state any additional fees.
- If the shipping address is in a remote area or outside standard delivery zones, additional shipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You may need to pay import duties, local taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges will be collected at the time of delivery. Please verify the amount with your local government before ordering. We include the invoice on the outside of the box with a detailed product description to reduce customs delays, but sometimes orders are still delayed in customs for weeks.
US Shipping
Continental United States
For most purchases over $79.00 in the continental United States, we offer free ground shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS). If you would like to upgrade from UPS Ground shipping, you can contact us for a quote.
- Unusually large or heavy products: Overweight charges may apply. In these cases, the product description will clearly state any additional fees.
- Outside UPS or FedEx delivery areas: Some products will need to be shipped via freight if UPS or FedEx does not deliver, and you will need to pay an additional fee.
Alaska & Hawaii
Free shipping is not available in Alaska or Hawaii. We offer US Postal Service as an option; just enter your zip code on the shopping cart page to get an instant shipping quote.
APO/FPO Addresses
We exclusively ship to APO/FPO addresses using the US Postal Service. Just enter your zip code on the shopping cart page to get an instant shipping quote.
Canada Shipping
We ship to Canada using USPS International Air Parcel Post. To get a shipping quote, just enter your zip code in the form on the shopping cart page. You may also need to pay import duties, local taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges will be collected at the time of delivery. Please verify the amount with your local government before ordering. We include the invoice on the outside of the box with a detailed product description to reduce customs delays, but sometimes orders are still delayed in customs for weeks. Unfortunately, we do not ship all products to Canada, but exceptions do exist. Please contact us for more information.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries in Europe and Canada. For other international destinations, the shipping cost is $45. Please contact us to check if we can ship to your location and for more specific shipping quotes.
